1. Data We Collect

Account data: your email address (web sign-up) or Telegram account identifiers (Telegram login), display name, and language preference.

Content: photos and videos you upload, and the images and videos generated for you.

Usage data: product events (such as sign-in, task creation, page views), approximate device/platform information, and payment records for purchases you make.

2. How We Use Data

To operate the Service: generating your content, storing your works, fulfilling purchases and memberships, and providing support.

To keep the Service safe: abuse prevention, content moderation, and enforcing our Terms (including NCII and minor-safety rules).

To improve the product: aggregated usage statistics. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Storage & Processors

Uploads and generated media are stored in private cloud object storage and served through short-lived signed URLs; they are not publicly accessible unless you choose to publish a work to the community.

Generation is performed by third-party AI model providers acting as processors; your images are transmitted to them solely to produce your requested output.

Payments are processed by Telegram (Stars) or settled on the TON blockchain. Blockchain transactions are public by nature; we never receive your card details.

4. Retention & Deletion

Your works remain stored until you delete them. Deleting a work permanently removes its files; archived works can be restored until deleted.

Account deletion can be requested via in-app Support; upon verified request we delete personal data except records we must keep by law (e.g. payment records).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us via Support to exercise them.

6. Cookies

We use two strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie (sign-in state) and a language preference cookie. If you use the Service without a membership, third-party advertising partners may display ads and use device identifiers or similar technologies to deliver and measure them; members browse ad-free.

7. Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we store a push subscription token (endpoint), your language preference and your device's user-agent string to deliver service notifications (e.g. when your creation is ready) and occasional promotional notifications. You can withdraw this at any time via Me → Notifications, or through your browser/device notification settings.

8. Age

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; suspected minor accounts are removed.

9. Changes & Contact

We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be announced in the Service.
