Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mydream AI at mydream.cool and the Mydream Telegram Mini App (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you represent that you are 18 or older. Accounts may be created with an email address or through Telegram login.

2. The Service

Mydream AI generates images and short videos using artificial intelligence, based on photos you upload and looks ("templates") you select, including templates published by other users.

AI generation is probabilistic. Results are provided "as is": we do not guarantee that any particular generation will meet your expectations, and identical inputs may produce different outputs.

3. Credits & Payments

The Service uses a credit system. Credits are deducted when a generation task is created; if a task fails, the deducted credits are automatically refunded in full.

Credits and memberships can be purchased via Telegram Stars, TON or USDT. Purchased credits are consumable and, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, consumed credits are not refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

4. Your Content & Licence

You retain ownership of the photos and videos you upload ("Input") and, to the extent permitted by law, of your generated results ("Output"). You may use your Output for personal and commercial purposes.

You are solely responsible for your Input. You must own the rights to it and, where it depicts an identifiable person, you must have that person’s explicit consent. Uploading photos of another person without their consent is prohibited.

You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process and display your Input and Output solely to operate the Service (including generation, storage, and — only where you choose to publish — public display in the community).

5. Prohibited Use

Zero tolerance: creating, requesting or sharing sexual or intimate imagery of any person without their explicit consent (non-consensual intimate imagery, "NCII"), including of public figures, is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination.

Zero tolerance: any content depicting or appearing to depict minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

You must not use the Service to impersonate, defraud, harass or defame others; to infringe intellectual-property rights; to violate applicable law; or to probe, disrupt or circumvent the Service’s security and safety mechanisms.

6. Community Content

Works you choose to publish to the community plaza are reviewed before they become publicly visible. We may remove any published content that violates these Terms, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them.

To report content that depicts you (or someone you represent) without consent, contact us via in-app Support. We remove verified NCII within 48 hours of a valid report.

7. Termination, Disclaimers & Liability

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion via Support.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
